Mount Pleasant Classic Semillon

McWilliam's
Mount Pleasant Semillon

| Tasting Notes |

This wine showcases the Hunter Valley’s most celebrated variety in its first glorious stage of development. Its youthful, fresh character provides easy, enjoyable drinking.

Fruit for the wine is entirely hand-picked in the cool, early hours of the morning, to protect the berries’ delicate fruit flavours. These flavours are produced when the grape’s natural acidity and sugars reflect the truly classic and unique Hunter Valley Semillon identity. In the winery, the grapes are crushed with minimal skin and little contact with air.
Minimal handling is applied in the vineyard and the winery to protect and allow the fruit to express its natural character.
