Mount Pleasant Wines

Jaden Hall

Assistant Winemaker

Adores 1965 Vines Rosehill Shiraz

Jaden is no stranger to Mount Pleasant Wines, making such an impression during the 2018 Vintage with us as a Cellar Hand that when the position of Assistant Winemaker became available in late 2020, Chief Winemaker, Adrian Sparks, knew just who to call.

Jaden embarked on his winemaking career with iconic Hunter Valley producer, Tyrrells Wines, where he undertook a multitude of tasks as Cellar Hand and honed his ability to create premium wines. Jaden has also held the positions of Assistant Winemaker at Tamburlaine Organic Wines and Winemaker at Hart & Hunter, broadening his experience with different viticultural and winemaking styles, all while completing his Bachelor of Science (Oenology) with Charles Sturt University.

A keen member of his local Hunter Valley community and the NSW wine industry, Jaden has assisted at both the Hunter Valley Wine Show and NSW Wine Awards as a steward. Jaden is passionate about understanding different regions, styles and grape varieties used across Australia and around the world, making him an incredibly well-rounded winemaker and a great asset to the Mount Pleasant team.
