Choose from four guided tasting experiences, each carefully curated to showcase the legacy of our historic vineyards and our commitment to expressing their beauty and individuality through our wines.
Take the rare opportunity to savour some of the greatest vintages of Maurice O’Shea Shiraz, journey through the transformation of Semillon in the bottle, sample unique expressions of our significant sites from vines dating back to 1880, or discover the diversity of the Hunter Valley and celebrate the evolution of our winemaking with our estate range and unique blends, as we guide you through our wines and our story.
Each experience is complemented by olives and lavosh crackers, artisanal cheeses, and cured meats, with complimentary wine served upon arrival and to finish.
