Our Signature guided tasting showcases some of our most exceptional releases, including Lovedale Semillon, widely regarded as the finest single-vineyard Semillon in the world, and Mount Henry Shiraz Pinot Noir, a blend pioneered by our founder and legendary winemaker Maurice O'Shea. A style so acclaimed the 1944 Mount Henry was named among Halliday's greatest-ever Australian wines.
The ultimate Hunter Valley experience
Includes cheese, charcuterie, olives and crackers. Experience wines from the very vineyards Maurice O'Shea planted over a century ago, still producing some of Australia's most celebrated wines today. This guided experience includes a visit to one of these vineyards as well as a tasting that brings together a selection of our most iconic releases including Lovedale, Rosehill and our flagship Maurice O'Shea Shiraz.

Includes cheese, charcuterie, olives and crackers. Step into one of the most prolific photography art collections found outside a gallery in Australia. Curated works from a private photography art collection including Rosemary Laing, Tracey Moffat and Destiny Deakin set the tone for a visually rich, self-guided journey through our cellar door. The collection also includes three pieces by renowned Australian artist and Archibald Prize winner, Garry Shead whose personal connection to Mount Pleasant adds a unique layer to the experience. The experience continues in our Homestead with a guided tasting of premium wines.
Explore the origin of Australia’s Pinot Noir
Includes generous cheese, charcuterie, olives and crackers. Embark on a journey through the origins of Australia’s Pinot Noir, with a guided walk through our historic Mothervine vineyard, where you’ll discover how the country’s greatest Pinot Noir vineyards trace their lineage back to this vine. Continue with a behind-the-scenes winery walk, followed by a guided tasting of Mount Pleasant’s Pinot Noir and its blends, including Pinot Shiraz, a style made famous by Maurice O’Shea.

This exclusive VIP experience is accompanied by cheese, charcuterie, olives and crackers. An exclusive journey through our history, philosophy and the wines that define Australian excellence. Taste some of the most iconic and rare wines in our collection, including a vertical tasting of Lovedale Semillon and Maurice O'Shea Shiraz whilst exploring the legacy of Maurice O’Shea through the vineyards and styles that shaped Hunter Valley winemaking.

No. Tasting fees are independent of wine purchases, allowing us to maintain our curated experiences and continue pouring our most exclusive, award-winning wines.
Our tasting lists are curated for each experience, but let us know if there’s something specific you’d like to try and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Our Maurice O’Shea Shiraz can be added to any tasting for $20 per taste.
Yes. Cheese and charcuterie are included with select experiences, or you can pair wines by the glass/bottle with cheese, charcuterie, pies, or sausage rolls. We proudly source from Hunter Valley Cheese Co. and Hungerford Meat Co. in Branxton.
Both, always. We have lawn games, complimentary juice, soft drinks, and snacks for kids, and your furry friends are welcome too.
